is there any tool available to decryption of .hese encrypted files..

The experts found the ability to decrypt the files, but this is only possible if they are encrypted using the offline key. It is not difficult to determine which key was used in the encryption process, just look at the personnal ID in file ‘_readme.txt’. If it ends with ‘t1’, then the files can be decrypted, that is, an offline key was used to encrypt them. Additional verification can be performed using the STOPDecrypter v2.2.0.0 (link).
So, how to decrypt files.
1. Download the descriptor from here (we.tl/t-2XN0Rj4cXu). VirusTotal scan results here (link).
2. Unzip the downloaded file, carefully read and follow the instructions (“instructions for gero peta hese meds and moka.txt” file).
